Vinayak Polycon International Limited’s board approved financial results and re-appointed auditors

Vinayak Polycon International Limited announced that its board approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and re-appointed M/s V.M. & Associates as Company Secretaries and M/s Manish Damodar & Co. as Internal Auditors for the financial year 2026-27. The company will convene its 17th Annual General Meeting on September 12, 2026, via video conferencing, and will close its register of members from September 6, 2026, to September 12, 2026.
