USD/INR ends up with modest gain

On the NSE, USD/INR futures wrapped up higher by 0.51% at 96.59 today. The currency hit an intraday high of 97.11 and posted an increase of 14.61%% in open interest. In other currency pairs, GBP/INR rose 0.04% to close at 128.08 and EUR/INR ended down 0.16% to settle at 108.83. Meanwhile, JPY/INR futures lost 0.40% to end at 61.27.
