Urja Global Ltd consolidated sales down 20.59% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit rose by 19.44%

Urja Global Ltd share price slipped 0.40% to Rs 10.04 after the company's net profit improved by 19.44% to Rs 0.43 crore, while revenue from operations dropped sharply 20.59% to Rs 13.96 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Other Electrical Equipment industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 3.3 lakh crore, rising 4.47%. It has inched up 2.83% over last one week and gained upto 4.04% in last one month while the market capitalization of Urja Global Ltd has increased 11.19% and 10.83% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Urja Global Ltd stood at Rs 0.43 crore in Q2 FY26, tumbling by 55.67% year-on-year, and jumping 19.44% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 0 crore, surging by 1366.67% YoY and rallying 25.71% sequentially. Total expenses tumbled by 21.49% to Rs 13.52 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 0.88 crore, plunging by 31.78% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations soared by 51.23% to Rs 67.25 crore, while net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 32.35% to Rs 1.38 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA softened by 9% to Rs 0.55 crore, and PBT collapsed by 28.77% to Rs 2.03 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 6.51 crore in FY26, as against Rs 8.64 crore in FY25. Urja Global Ltd nosedived by 28.34% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 3.20% during the same period.
