Tiaan Consumer Limited informed the BSE Limited that its board of directors postponed the 34th Annual General Meeting for the financial year 2025-26 from Friday, September 11, 2026, at 03:00 P.M. to Saturday, September 12, 2026, at 03:00 P.M., to be held through Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means.
