Sword-Edge Commercials appoints Ashish Anand as Independent Director, chairing key committees

Sword-Edge Commercials Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Ashish Anand as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, effective September 7, 2026, for a term of five years, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Anand will also chair the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee, replacing Mr. Manish Kumar. Additionally, the company designated Mr. Tushar Parekh, Chief Technology Officer, as a Senior Management Personnel, effective September 7, 2026, and reconstituted its Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee.
