Shah Metacorp Limited allotted 27.5 million shares to a director exercising convertible warrant options

Shah Metacorp Limited announced the allotment of 2,75,00,000 fully paid-up equity shares to Ms. Mona Viral Shah, a promoter and director, following the exercise of conversion options attached to convertible warrants previously issued on a preferential basis. The allotment, at a price of Rs 4.71 per share, included 1,00,00,000 shares related to warrants issued on June 28, 2025, and 1,75,00,000 shares related to warrants issued on June 26, 2025, bringing the company's paid-up equity share capital to Rs 1,01,98,74,228 comprising of 1,01,98,74,228 fully paid-up equity shares.
