Shah Investor's Home Ltd IPO subscribed 38.12 times

The offer received bids for 14.41 crore units as against 0.38 crore units on offer.

The initial public offer of Shah Investor's Home Ltd IPO received bids for 14,40,60,040 units as against 37,79,440 units on offer, according to stock exchange data at 19:56 IST on Wednesday (30 September 2026). The issue was subscribed 38.12 times.

The issue opened for bidding on Monday, 28 September 2026 and it will close on Wednesday, 30 September 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 159 per share to 167 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 85 equity shares and in multiples thereof.

The IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 90 crore , aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 90 crore.
