Sedemac Mechatronics Ltd announced rating actions and positive outlook revisions from ICRA, reflecting expectations of healthy revenue growth of 24% in FY2025 and 61% in FY2026, alongside an improving operating profit margin; ICRA upgraded the ratings on Fund based / Non Fund-based Working Capital Facilities amounting to 104.00, Fund based - Term Loans of 110.95, Working Capital Facilities of 64.00, Working Capital Facilities of 104.00, Term Loans of 49.50, and Term Loans of 110.95, all now carrying a rating of [ICRA]A (Positive), with the Working Capital Facilities also assigned for an enhanced amount, while the agency also upgraded ratings on certain instruments from [ICRA]A-(Stable) and [ICRA]A2+; the ratings continue to factor in the company’s established presence and strong credit profile, and ICRA has recommended surveillance and revision of debt instruments, subject to buy, sell, or hold recommendations.
