Raghuvansh Agrofarms schedules AGM in Kanpur for September 25, 2026

Raghuvansh Agrofarms Ltd (SCRIP CODE-538921) informed the BSE that its board approved the notice for the 30th Annual General Meeting to be held on September 25, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. at the company's registered office in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, and also approved the closure of the register of members and share transfer book from September 18, 2026, to September 25, 2026, along with the appointment of Mr. Vaibhav Agnihotri as the scrutinizer for the AGM and the draft Board’s Report for the Financial Year 2025-26.
