Prakash Industries schedules AGM on September 30, 2026, with a record date of September 16

Prakash Industries Limited will hold its 45th Annual General Meeting on September 30, 2026, through video conferencing and other audio visual means, and has set September 16, 2026, as the record date for determining eligibility for a final dividend of Rs 1.80 per equity share, or 18%, for the financial year 2025–26.
