Prabha Energy’s Rights Issue Committee approved conversion of 109,974 partly paid-up shares

Prabha Energy Limited announced that its Rights Issue Committee approved the conversion of 109974 partly paid-up Rights Equity Shares into fully paid-up equity shares, comprising 93569 shares with an ISIN of IN90I0M01022 and 16405 shares with an ISIN of IN90I0M01014, following the receipt of pending call monies.
