PNB Housing Finance Ltd consolidated sales up 3.75% on year in Q2FY2026

PNB Housing Finance Ltd share price softened by 0.10% to Rs 1149.0 after the company's net profit declined by 15.01% to Rs 557.34 crore, while revenue from operations improved marginally 3.75% to Rs 2263.44 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Housing Finance Company industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 2.68 lakh crore, easing 4.10%. It has eased by 2.20% over last one week and ticked higher by 0.99% in last one month while the market capitalization of PNB Housing Finance Ltd has slipped by 0.39% and 7.52% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of PNB Housing Finance Ltd stood at Rs 718.44 crore in Q2 FY26, gaining 4.44% year-on-year, and tumbling by 15.93% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 731 crore, rising 5.77% YoY and tanking 18.15% sequentially. Total expenses increased by 17.43% to Rs 1546.92 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 134.67 crore, expanding by 7.22% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations improved 10.95% to Rs 8504.52 crore, while net profit rose by 18.34% to Rs 2291.24 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA surged by 249869% to Rs 3036.05 crore, and PBT registered a growth of 19.50% to Rs 2970.61 crore compared to previous TTM. PNB Housing Finance Ltd soared by 46.16% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 4.36% during the same period.
