Paul Merchants Finance receives credit ratings from Infomerics for loans totaling INR 200 crore

Paul Merchants Ltd announced that credit ratings have been assigned to its wholly owned subsidiary, Paul Merchants Finance Private Limited (“PMFPL”), by Infomerics Valuation and Rating Limited, a SEBI and RBI accredited credit rating agency. Specifically, a rating of IVR BBB+/ Stable has been assigned to the Term Loan amounting to INR 40.00 Crore and to the Proposed Long Term Bank Facilities amounting to INR 160.00 Crore; there are no reasons for downward revision in ratings, and no enhancements, assignments or withdrawals are noted for any instruments.
