Paras Petrofils schedules annual meeting for September 29, 2026, with e-voting period set

Paras Petrofils Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd., BSE Limited, and The Calcutta Stock Exchange Ltd. that its board of directors approved the notice convening the 35th Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. IST, approved the Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26, appointed M. D. Baid & Associates as Scrutinizer for the e-voting process, fixed September 18, 2026, as the cut-off date for AGM voting eligibility, and approved a Remote E-voting period from September 26, 2026 (9:00 a.m. IST) to September 28, 2026 (5:00 p.m. IST).
