P N Gadgil Jewellers' debt instruments reaffirmed as Crisil A+/Stable, loan facility enhanced to Rs. 600 Crore

P N Gadgil Jewellers Ltd announced that CRISIL Ratings Limited (“CRISIL”) has reaffirmed its ratings for the company's debt instruments and facilities, including a Long Term Rating of Crisil A+/Stable for a total bank loan facility of Rs. 600 Crore, which represents an enhancement from Rs. 400 Crore, and a rating of Crisil A+/Stable for fixed deposits totaling Rs. 50 Crores; there were no assignments, withdrawals, or other actions taken by any other rating agencies regarding these instruments.
