Novelix Pharmaceuticals appoints Gnana Prakash Gattu as Whole Time Director for 5 years

Novelix Pharmaceuticals Limited, formerly Trimurt Hi Limited, announced that its members approved the appointment of Mr. Gnana Prakash Gattu as a Whole Time Director for a period of 5 years, effective August 29, 2026, at the company's 32nd Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2026. Mr. Gattu, who belongs to the Promoters and Promoter group of the company, is a graduate from IIT-Chennai and has over 25 years of experience in management and information technology and is not debarred from holding the office of Director by any regulatory authority.
