Nahar Capital & Financial Services Ltd share price slipped 1.04% to Rs 261.5. The Company's net profit jumped 270.75% to Rs 67.44 crore, while revenue from operations edged up 19.92% to Rs 9.39 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Investment Company industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 4.32 lakh crore, easing 0.70%. It has inched up 4.33% over last one week and ticked higher by 4.56% in last one month while the market capitalization of Nahar Capital & Financial Services Ltd has improved by 6.09% and 5% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Nahar Capital & Financial Services Ltd stood at Rs 50.5 crore in Q2 FY26, surging by 91.14% year-on-year, and rallying 142.91% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 3 crore, tumbling by 49.45% YoY and plunging by 151.28% sequentially. Total expenses contracted by 19.09% to Rs 3.9 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 2.06 crore, witnessing a strong rise of 16.38% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations posted a slight growth of 9.63% to Rs 26.18 crore, while net profit soared by 323.19% to Rs 49.81 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA tanked by 1360% to Rs 4.22 crore, and PBT soared 290.37% to Rs 58.4 crore compared to previous TTM. Nahar Capital & Financial Services Ltd plunged by 14.26% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 3.20% during the same period.
