Modulex Construction Technologies Ltd share price softened by 0.59% to Rs 18.66 after the company's net profit jumped 71.43% to Rs 4.8 crore, while revenue from operations remained flat to Rs 0.0 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Civil Construction industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 9.7 lakh crore, declining 3.78%. It has inched up 1.41% over last one week and edged lower by 3.68% in last one month while the market capitalization of Modulex Construction Technologies Ltd has eased by 2.30% and 56.41% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Modulex Construction Technologies Ltd stood at Rs 4.8 crore in Q2 FY26, climbing 14.83% year-on-year, and rallying 71.43% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 3 crore, dropping 14.05% YoY and nosediving by 35.22% sequentially. Total expenses advancing by 14.77% to Rs 4.43 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 2.05 crore, jumping 16.48% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations remained flat , while net profit tanked by 404.52% to Rs 14.83 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA tumbled by 1732% to Rs 13.98 crore, and PBT collapsed by 420.30% to Rs 14.83 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 14.13 crore in FY26, as against Rs 2.19 crore in FY25. Modulex Construction Technologies Ltd plunged by 11.52% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 3.20% during the same period.
