Manipal Health Enterprises Ltd consolidated sales up 7.23% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit saw a strong growth of 30.50%

Manipal Health Enterprises Ltd share price declined by 2.73% to Rs 724.25. The Company's net profit surged by 30.50% to Rs 243.43 crore, while revenue from operations improved marginally 7.23% to Rs 3090.63 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Hospital industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 5.23 lakh crore, easing 7.46%. It has eased by 1.61% over last one week and spiked sharply by 25.80% in last one month while the market capitalization of Manipal Health Enterprises Ltd has remained flat Profit before tax (PBT) of Manipal Health Enterprises Ltd stood at Rs 315.18 crore in Q2 FY26, slipping 8.43% year-on-year, and surging by 29.23% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 662 crore, rallying 23.03% YoY and gaining 0.97% sequentially. Total expenses saw a slight increase of 6.96% to Rs 2541.27 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 462.01 crore, jumping 18.03% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations surged 25.40% to Rs 10335.75 crore, while net profit contracted by 15.26% to Rs 916.59 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA soared by 217771% to Rs 2426.47 crore, and PBT slipped by 5.17% to Rs 1178.1 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 2078.4 crore in FY26, as against Rs 1569.83 crore in FY25.
