Manglam Global Corporations Limited to appoint tax auditor at board meeting on September 17

Manglam Global Corporations Limited, formerly known as Kshitij Investments Limited, will hold a board meeting on September 17, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. at its registered office in Piparia, Madhya Pradesh, to consider the appointment of M/s. DMKH & Co. as the company’s tax auditor for the financial year 2025-26 (assessment year 2026-27), among other matters.
