Lexoraa Industries re-appoints Nikita Kothari, appoints Sam Fernandes to its board

Lexoraa Industries Limited, formerly known as Servoteach Industries Limited, approved the re-appointment of Mrs. Nikita D. Kothari as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director and appointed Sam Sharda Fernandes as an Executive Director during a board meeting held on September 7, 2026. The board also approved the regularization of Mr. Rakesh Agrawal and Preeti Vijayvargia as independent directors, appointed M/s. Jay Bhatt & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term concluding after the financial year 2031-32, and appointed CSDL for e-voting facility for the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
