Knowledge Marine & Engineering Works Ltd consolidated sales up 70.67% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit surged by 166.68%

Knowledge Marine & Engineering Works Ltd share price slipped 1.04% to Rs 2860.8. The Company's net profit jumped 166.68% to Rs 62.75 crore, while revenue from operations gained significantly 70.67% to Rs 115.41 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26.


The market capitalization of Dredging industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 8724.73 crore, jumping 70.67%. It has eased by 0.58% over last one week and advanced by 14.85% in last one month while the market capitalization of Knowledge Marine & Engineering Works Ltd has softened by 0.54% and 28.60% in the same period respectively.


Profit before tax (PBT) of Knowledge Marine & Engineering Works Ltd stood at Rs 65.33 crore in Q2 FY26, surging by 386.81% year-on-year, and rallying 276.98% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 70 crore, expanding by 262.23% YoY and expanding by 776.40% sequentially.


Total expenses fell by 14.99% to Rs 48.22 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 3.66 crore, inching up 6.71% YoY.


For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations jumped by 27.69% to Rs 256.28 crore, while net profit soared by 60.08% to Rs 79.4 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 7925% to Rs 81.47 crore, and PBT surged 27.09% to Rs 79.05 crore compared to previous TTM.


The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 74.34 crore in FY26, as against Rs 58.21 crore in FY25.


Knowledge Marine & Engineering Works Ltd surged by 127.42% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 8.95% during the same period.
