Jubilant Agri's Rs 625.00 crore debt facilities reaffirmed as CARE A+ by CARE Ratings

Jubilant Agri & Consumer Products Ltd announced today, September 24, 2026, that CARE Ratings Limited has reaffirmed the credit ratings on the company’s debt facilities, specifically Long Term / Short Term Bank Facilities amounting to Rs 625.00 crore, carrying a rating of CARE A+; Stable / CARE A1+, and Long Term Bank Facilities with a rating that has been withdrawn. The announcement references a prior intimation dated October 17, 2025, and was made in compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, with the notification disseminated to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (Symbol: JUBLCPL) and BSE Limited (Scrip Code: 544355).
