JBM Auto Ltd’s debt instruments reaffirmed with ‘Crisil A’ ratings, covering Rs. 2020 crores

JBM Auto Ltd announced that Crisil Ratings Limited has reaffirmed the credit ratings on the company’s debt instruments, assigning a ‘Crisil A/Stable’ rating to the long term rating and a ‘Crisil A1’ rating to the short term rating, encompassing a total of Rs. 2020 crores of Bank Loan Facilities; there were no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals associated with this action, as detailed in a communication dated August 6, 2026, and the ratings are being uploaded to the company website at https://jbmbuses.com/jbm-auto-ltd/credit-rating.
