Jain Resource Recycling's bank facilities downgraded by CRISIL Ratings following a July furnace explosion

Jain Resource Recycling Ltd announced a revision in credit ratings for its bank facilities following a furnace explosion at its Unit II manufacturing facility on July 14, 2026. CRISIL Ratings Limited has revised the Long Term Bank Facilities rating from CRISIL A+/Stable to CRISIL A+/Watch Developing, and the Short Term Bank Facilities rating from CRISIL A1 to CRISIL A1/Watch Developing, with the rating revision letter received from CRISIL Ratings Limited being enclosed for reference; no other rating agencies are mentioned in the disclosure, and the instruments affected are Long Term Bank Facilities and Short Term Bank Facilities.
