India Gelatine & Chemicals Limited will hold a board meeting on Wednesday, November 04, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited. The trading window for the company's securities has been closed for designated persons, connected persons, directors, promoters and their immediate relatives from October 01, 2026, and will remain closed until November 06, 2026.
