IIFL Finance Ltd consolidated sales up 6.14% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit expanded by 14.42%

IIFL Finance Ltd share price declined by 0.30% to Rs 629.85. The Company's net profit improved by 14.42% to Rs 713.13 crore, while revenue from operations slightly gained 6.14% to Rs 3919.15 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Non Banking Financial Company (NBFC) industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 17.07 lakh crore, rising 7.10%. It has slipped by 0.70% over last one week and jumped by 15.20% in last one month while the market capitalization of IIFL Finance Ltd has inched up 0.51% and 34% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of IIFL Finance Ltd stood at Rs 928.64 crore in Q2 FY26, jumping 160.63% year-on-year, and climbing 11.53% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 986 crore, expanding by 152.59% YoY and improving 11.81% sequentially. Total expenses grew marginally by 4.40% to Rs 2993.24 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 599.44 crore, registering a growth of 10.59% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations soared by 30.75% to Rs 13350.8 crore, while net profit jumped 214.22% to Rs 1816.7 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 145079% to Rs 2573.14 crore, and PBT soared 240.67% to Rs 2408.58 crore compared to previous TTM. IIFL Finance Ltd rallied 40.42% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 4.36% during the same period.
