GMM Pfaudler Ltd consolidated sales down 1.99% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit jumped 44.07%

GMM Pfaudler Ltd share price slipped 0.91% to Rs 848.25 after the company's net profit soared by 44.07% to Rs 22.1 crore, while revenue from operations slipped slightly by 1.99% to Rs 924.76 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Industrial Products industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 2.88 lakh crore, rising by 14.55%. It has significantly gained 15.09% over last one week and spiked sharply by 29.08% in last one month while the market capitalization of GMM Pfaudler Ltd has inched up 5.57% and 7.14% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of GMM Pfaudler Ltd stood at Rs 40.2 crore in Q2 FY26, expanding by 27.17% year-on-year, and surging by 55.57% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 84 crore, slipping 8.49% YoY and jumping 47.75% sequentially. Total expenses marginally dropped 4.28% to Rs 871.64 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 366.29 crore, contracting by 14.03% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 284.74 crore, registering a growth of 7.66% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations rose 10.17% to Rs 3523.94 crore, while net profit saw a mild growth of 5.37% to Rs 51.81 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 34288% to Rs 357.54 crore, and PBT saw a minor gain of 5.91% to Rs 101.96 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 388.8 crore in FY26, as against Rs 378.1 crore in FY25. GMM Pfaudler Ltd plunged by 36.31% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 3.20% during the same period.
