FynX Capital plans to raise up to Rs 80 crore through a rights issue

FynX Capital Limited (formerly Rajath Finance Limited) plans to raise up to Rs 80 crore through a rights issue of approximately 80,00,00,000 equity shares with a face value of Rs 1 per share, offered to existing shareholders in a ratio of 4:1. The Board has constituted a Rights Issue Committee and delegated authority to approve the Draft Letter of Offer, with the rights issue expected to be completed on a fully paid-up basis. The company’s board also approved other matters as detailed in the annexure.
