Fusion Klassroom Edutech Limited secures Rs 9.10 crore work order from a Lucknow-based company for educational content

Fusion Klassroom Edutech Limited has received a work order valued at approximately Rs 9.10 crore, excluding GST, from a domestic company based in Lucknow for educational content licensing and content development. The engagement, which commenced on October 26, 2026, encompasses the licensing of e-notes, e-books, and e-learning content, alongside content development across educational, skill-development, and vocational courses, with a completion deadline of March 31, 2027, and a master agreement validity until October 25, 2029. The work order is structured with five monthly delivery tranches from November 2026 to March 2027, with Rs 4,20,00,000 allocated for content licenses and Rs 4,90,00,005 for content development.
