Eyantra Ventures Ltd consolidated sales down 24.20% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 155.31%

Eyantra Ventures Ltd share price softened by 4.99% to Rs 546.25 after the company's net profit plunged by 155.31% to Rs 3.75 crore, while revenue from operations nosedived 24.20% to Rs 19.17 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26.


The market capitalization of Diversified Commercial Services industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 97336.63 crore, gaining 7.13%. It has slipped by 1.58% over last one week and advanced by 10% in last one month while the market capitalization of Eyantra Ventures Ltd has eased by 9.01% and 30.85% in the same period respectively.


Profit before tax (PBT) of Eyantra Ventures Ltd stood at Rs 3.58 crore in Q2 FY26, rising 8.81% year-on-year, and tumbling by 151.96% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 2 crore, rising by 11.26% YoY and nosediving by 131.39% sequentially.


Total expenses witnessed a sharp rise of 23.67% to Rs 22.52 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 0.3 crore, plunging by 21.05% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 6.0 crore, soaring 53.06% YoY.


For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations soared by 95.11% to Rs 32.7 crore, while net profit tumbled by 29.25% to Rs 0.75 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA surged by 61% to Rs 1.81 crore, and PBT contracted 11.92% to Rs 1.33 crore compared to previous TTM.


The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 1.05 crore in FY26, as against Rs 0.56 crore in FY25.


Eyantra Ventures Ltd nosedived by 38.96% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 5.48% during the same period.
