DigiSpice Technologies Ltd consolidated sales up 0.54% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit surged by 139.13%

DigiSpice Technologies Ltd share price declined by 4.36% to Rs 17.09. The Company's net profit jumped 139.13% to Rs 6.6 crore, while revenue from operations slightly gained 0.54% to Rs 107.75 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of IT Enabled Services industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 2.5 lakh crore, gaining 3.84%. It has improved by 2.18% over last one week and moving up by 10.50% in last one month while the market capitalization of DigiSpice Technologies Ltd has slipped by 6.66% and 20.26% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of DigiSpice Technologies Ltd stood at Rs 9.91 crore in Q2 FY26, rising 5.20% year-on-year, and expanding by 115.90% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 2 crore, surging by 190.48% YoY and crashing by 138.85% sequentially. Total expenses slightly declined by 6.19% to Rs 101.15 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 0.56 crore, going up by 12% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 24.04 crore, contracting 10.70% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations inched higher 2.06% to Rs 448.48 crore, while net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 165.20% to Rs 32.54 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA tanked by 1559% to Rs 28.15 crore, and PBT collapsed by 143.40% to Rs 26.05 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 11.6 crore in FY26, as against Rs 41.76 crore in FY25. DigiSpice Technologies Ltd crashed 22.81% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 3.20% during the same period.
