CG-VAK Software & Exports Ltd consolidated sales down 5.31% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit tumbled by 9800%

CG-VAK Software & Exports Ltd share price headed higher 6.89% to Rs 170.55. The Company's net profit plunged by 9800% to Rs 1.94 crore, while revenue from operations softened by 5.31% to Rs 18.0 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Computers - Software & Consulting industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 25.17 lakh crore, rising 4.56%. It has inched up 0.60% over last one week and gained upto 5.05% in last one month while the market capitalization of CG-VAK Software & Exports Ltd has improved by 1.72% and 19.07% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of CG-VAK Software & Exports Ltd stood at Rs 2.6 crore in Q2 FY26, tanking 31.03% year-on-year, and surging by 2066.67% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 3 crore, crashing by 21.31% YoY and declining 2.81% sequentially. Total expenses eased by 6.27% to Rs 15.4 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 12.52 crore, registering a marginal contraction of 3.32% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations declined slightly by 1.96% to Rs 77.04 crore, while net profit saw a mild growth of 0.43% to Rs 9.27 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 931% to Rs 11.71 crore, and PBT saw a minor gain of 0.64% to Rs 12.49 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 13.03 crore in FY26, as against Rs 9.31 crore in FY25. CG-VAK Software & Exports Ltd crashed 31.51% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 3.20% during the same period.
