GSPL Transmission Ltd announced that CARE Ratings Limited has assigned a rating of CARE AA+; Stable to its Bank Facilities amounting to 50.00, a rating of CARE AA+; Stable / CARE A1+ to its Long Term / Short Term Bank Facilities amounting to 250.00, and a proposed rating to Term Loans totaling 50.00, alongside ratings for various Non-Fund Based Limits including Bank Guarantee facilities from RBLBank Limited (61.00), Performance Guarantee facilities from Yes Bank Ltd. (31.00), Non-Fund Based Limits from Bank of Baroda (20.00), proposed Non-Fund Based Limits totaling 175.00, and a Fund Based / Non Fund Based Limits - Line of Credit from ICICI Bank Ltd. (75.00), while CARE Ratings Ltd. has placed the ratings for Bank Facilities under review due to the ISSUER NOT COOPERATING, and CareEdge Ratings has provided a rating for Bank Facilities without specifying the amount or rating, noting that the rating reflects opinions as on the date of the rating.
