Balaji Amines Ltd announced rating actions from India Ratings and Research (Ind-Ra) and India Ratings, involving the withdrawal of ratings on its bank loan facilities amounting to 1,950, accompanied by a Rating Letter for Withdrawal; India Ratings reaffirmed the IND AAA rating with a stable outlook for Bank Loan Facilities totaling 200 crore, and assigned a PRO-AAA rating to its Commercial Paper Program of 50 crore, reflecting its strong market position, while also withdrawing ratings on Fund Based Working Capital Limits from RBI State Bank of India (490.00), Fund Based Working Capital Limits from RBI HDFC Bank Limited (480.00), Non-Fund Based Working Capital Limits from RBI State Bank of India (460.00), and Non-Fund Based Working Capital Limits from RBI HDFC Bank Limited (520.00), with India Ratings also noting its assessment as "Credible" based on limited information and reliance on the accuracy of information, alongside a placeholder instrument and amount with a placeholder rating, action, and notes, and a closing statement indicating no rating data was provided.
