Bajaj Finserv Ltd consolidated sales up 8.94% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit jumped 20.48%

Bajaj Finserv Ltd share price softened by 1.62% to Rs 1825.0. The Company's net profit soared by 20.48% to Rs 6296.67 crore, while revenue from operations slightly gained 8.94% to Rs 41670.09 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26.


The market capitalization of Holding Company industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 4.57 lakh crore, slipping 0.40%. It has marginally improved by 0.72% over last one week and ticked higher by 3.91% in last one month while the market capitalization of Bajaj Finserv Ltd has slipped by 0.79% and 3.55% in the same period respectively.


Profit before tax (PBT) of Bajaj Finserv Ltd stood at Rs 8932.19 crore in Q2 FY26, jumping 24.00% year-on-year, and expanding by 28.93% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 9307 crore, rallying 24.16% YoY and surging by 29.16% sequentially.


Total expenses posted a minor rise of 4.81% to Rs 33109.82 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 3844.85 crore, seeing a marginal contraction of 3.37% YoY.


For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations rose 13.40% to Rs 1.49 lakh crore, while net profit registered a growth of 12.03% to Rs 19669.47 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA surged by 2501844% to Rs 28484.32 crore, and PBT improved 13.20% to Rs 26883.15 crore compared to previous TTM.



Bajaj Finserv Ltd nosedived by 11.81% in last one year, significantly underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 9.29% during the same period.
