Aegis Vopak Terminals Ltd consolidated sales down 3.98% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit eased 6.04%

Aegis Vopak Terminals Ltd share price softened by 1.67% to Rs 296.75 after the company's net profit slipped by 6.04% to Rs 69.41 crore, while revenue from operations eased by 3.98% to Rs 233.77 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Oil Storage & Transportation industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 24688.77 crore, slipping 1.01%. It has improved by 0.49% over last one week and soared by 37.01% in last one month while the market capitalization of Aegis Vopak Terminals Ltd has marginally improved by 0.54% and 37.61% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Aegis Vopak Terminals Ltd stood at Rs 88.98 crore in Q2 FY26, declining 6.02% year-on-year, and easing 2.16% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 175 crore, jumping 21.76% YoY and gaining 0.14% sequentially. Total expenses marginally dropped 8.22% to Rs 109.81 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 12.7 crore, dipping slightly 4.51% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations rose 16.96% to Rs 923.08 crore, while net profit saw a strong growth of 52.07% to Rs 341.92 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA surged by 60228% to Rs 648.98 crore, and PBT jumped 53.15% to Rs 406.45 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 701.96 crore in FY26, as against Rs 576.33 crore in FY25. Aegis Vopak Terminals Ltd soared by 17.73% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 3.20% during the same period.
