MSPR & Co. Chartered Accountants (FRN: 010152S) as Statutory Auditors of the Company to fill the casual vacancy arising due to the resignation of M/s. BRAND & Associates LLP Chartered Accountants (FRN: 012344S/S200101) on 14.08.2025 to hold office until the ensuing Annual General Meeting subject to the approval of the shareholdersÿofÿtheÿCompany.
