This is to inform you that the Company has received a request from M/s Jyotirgamya Advisory Private Limited seeking reclassification of its status from the Promoter/Promoter Group category to the Public category pursuant to Regulation 31A of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 as amended ('Listing Regulations'). As of the date of this intimation M/s Jyotirgamya Advisory Private Limited does not hold any shares in the Company. The Company shall undertake the necessary procedures to ensure compliance with the provisions of Regulation 31A of the Listing Regulations.
