Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we are submitting unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter / six months ended September 30 2025 along with limited review reports. Integrated filling (Financials) pursuant to the SEBI circular no SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/CIR/P/2024/185 dated December 31 2024 is being submitted separately in xbrl format in accordance with relevant circular issued by the stock exchange.
