Shree Cement announces incorporation of proposed step-down subsidiary in China

Shree Cement announced that the Board of Directors of Shree Global FZE, UAE, wholly owned subsidiary of the company, at its meeting held on 14 October 2026, has approved the incorporation of a new wholly owned subsidiary in the People's Republic of China.

The proposed company will be named Shree International Trading (Shanghai) and will be engaged in the business of import, export and trading in relation to machinery, equipment, industrial products, environmental protection equipment, and other allied products and services.
