Jain Irrigation Systems announced that Aroop Sircar (DIN: 05309663), Nominee Director appointed by State Bank of India (SBI) representing the lenders, has tendered his resignation from the Board of Directors of the Company upon completion of his tenure of three years as Nominee Director on 25 April 2026.
