The board of Regency Fincorp at its meeting held on 07 May 2026 has approved the allotted 25,000 14% Listed, Secured, Rated, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) through private placement having Face Value of Rs 10,000 aggregating to Rs 25 crore, to identified investors
