Copper slippery after breaking under $6 per pound

COMEX Copper futures edged lower today, extending losses after breaking under $6 per pound. Profit selling has been pulling the metal down ahead of the weekend. The counter currently quotes at $5.91 per pound, down 1.35% on the day and is hovering around one week low.
