Natural Gas sharply lower, Crude Oil down 0.99%

MCX Crude Oil futures are trading in the red today in evening trades. The benchmark MCX Nov-26 contract is lower by 0.99% at Rs 9301 per barrel. US equities are modestly higher with NASDAQ Composite is soaring 1.71% on the day. MCX Crude Oil futures hit a high of Rs 9403 per barrel today and have witnessed a significant 9.97% increase in open interest. MCX Crude oil moving down for third consecutive session. The counter slipped by 0.04% in the day session till 6.00 PM.

MCX Natural Gas is significantly lower by 2.04% at Rs 292 per MMBtu. The counter moved in a range of Rs 292-303 per MMBtu today. The open interest in the counter plunged 3.68%.

Crude Oil has gained 6.41% in the last one week while Natural Gas has slipped around 4.87%.
