Gold little changed, Silver up 1.22%

MCX Gold futures are trading with gains today. The benchmark Dec-26 contract is higher by 0.96% at Rs 150474 per 10 grams. The intraday range was Rs 149336-150739 per 10 grams.The counter has contracted 2.89% over last one-week.The open interest in the counter soared by 2.82% to 16161 lots.

Silver is firmer by 1.22% at Rs 226430 per kg. The open interest in the counter plunged by 4.06% to 16647 lots.

In global equities, US markets are likely to open on a positive note. DOW futures inched higher 0.29%. In Europe, DAX Performance Index moved up 0.36% and CAC 40 drifted lower 0.66%.

MCX Copper futures remained flat at Rs 1402 per kg.
