EID Parry (India) approves sale of its entire stake in JV Algavista Greentech

The board of EID Parry (India) at its meeting held on 19 September 2025 has approved the sale of the entire 50% stake in the joint venture company, Algavista Greentech for a consideration of Rs 8 crore.
