Roni Households Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 19/02/2025 inter alia to consider and approve 1. To consider & approve increase in Authorised Share Capital of the Company and subsequent alteration to the Memorandum of Association of the Company subject to all such regulatory/statutory approvals as may be required including the approval of shareholders of the Company in Extra-Ordinary General Meeting. 2. To recommend & approve issue of Bonus Shares to the existing Equity Shareholders of the Company subject to all such regulatory / statutory approvals as may be required including the approval of shareholders of the Company in Extra-Ordinary General Meeting. 3. To Consider and approve the date time venue and Notice of Extra-Ordinary General Meeting for obtaining shareholders consent on necessary resolution and matters. 4. Any other matter with the permission of Chairman.
