NBCC Q4 PAT climbs 29% YoY to Rs 176 cr

Revenue from operations rose 16.17% year on year (YoY) to Rs 4,642.55 crore in the quarter ended 31 March 2025.

Profit before exceptional items and tax stood at Rs 345.01 crore in Q4 FY25, up 17.63% from Rs 293.28 crore posted in the same quarter last year. The company reported exceptional items worth Rs 95.96 crore during the quarter.

Total expenses increased by 16% YoY to Rs 4,355.43 crore in Q4 FY25. Purchases of stock-in-trade/land & material consumed to Rs 134.22 crore (up 102.68% YoY), while employee benefit expenses stood at Rs 88.71 crore (up 6.78% YoY) during the period.

On a segmental basis, revenue from the EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction) segment recorded revenue of Rs 210.83 crore, up 1.98% YoY. Revenue from the real estate segment stood at Rs 160.09 crore, marking a 183.44% YoY surge, while the PMC (project management consultancy) segment stood at Rs 4,265.61 crore, registering a 14.49% YoY growth.

On a full-year basis, the company’s net profit jumped 34.75% to Rs 541.13 crore on a 15.67% rise in net sales to Rs 12,038.57 crore in FY25 over FY24.

Meanwhile, the company’s board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.14 per share for the FY 2024-25 subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The final dividend (if declared) would be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration at the AGM.

NBCC (India) is in business and operates in three major segments, namely project management consultancy, real estate, and engineering procurement & construction.

Shares of NBCC (India) declined 1.64% to Rs 114.24 on the BSE.
