Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the shareholders of Company at the 35th Annual General Meeting held on Friday 12th September 2025 have approved the Appointment of M/s. V.B. Goel & Co. Chartered Accountant (FRN: 115906W) as the Statutory Auditor of the Company for a period of Five Consecutive years from the conclusion of the 35th AGM until the conclusion of 40th AGM of the Company.
